<p><span style='font-size:12pt'><strong><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS PUBLIC HEARING</span></strong><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>, in accordance with Section 824 of the New York City Charter, will be held on June 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Conference Call No. 1-646-992-2010, Access Code 717 876 299.</span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'> </p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:11pt'><span style='font-family:Garamond,serif'><strong>IN THE MATTER OF</strong> a renewal and amendment of the lease for the City of New York, as tenant, on the 5th through 9th floors of the building located at 255 Greenwich Street (f/k/a 75 Park Place) (Block 127 & Lot 18) in the Borough of Manhattan for the Office of Management and Budget, the Mayors Office of Contract Services and the Office of the Actuary to use as general and administrative offices, or for such other use as the Commissioner of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services may determine.</span></span></p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'> </p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:11pt'><span style='font-family:Garamond,serif'>The proposed renewal and amendment of the lease shall commence upon execution and expire on June 30, 2033. Annual rent for the fifth (5th) floor only shall be amended to $413,709.20 from execution through June 30, 2028, and to $447,239.50 from July 1, 2028, through June 30, 2033, payable in equal monthly installments at the end of each month. The annual rent for floors six (6) through nine (9) shall remain unchanged.</span></span></p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'> </p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:11pt'><span style='font-family:Garamond,serif'>The Tenant shall have the right to renew the lease on all floors (5-9) for two periods of five (5) years each at an annual rent to be determined based upon the then Fair Market Value.</span></span></p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'> </p><p style='margin-right:7px; text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:11pt'><span style='font-family:Garamond,serif'>Further information, including public inspection of the proposed lease, may be obtained, at One Centre Street, Room 2000 North, New York, NY. 10007.
