Lot outlines use the same tax-lot (BBL) → MapPLUTO join ZAP Search describes. When lots cannot be matched, the map is approximate — confirm on ZoLa.

The scope of work includes façade repair and restoration, partial window replacement, tile roof repairs and flat roofs replacement, structural repairs, interior repairs due to water infiltration. Proposed scope is consistent with NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission requirements. Community Boards: Manhattan #11</p>
