<p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals from staff augmentation firms to provide NYCHA with staff augmentation services, including the provision of candidates and management of selected professional Resources, to fill, as needed, temporary positions as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP.</span></span></p><p>The release date of this RFP is July 28, 2026 (the <strong>Release Date</strong>).</p><p> </p><p style='margin-left:48px'>A non-mandatory Proposers conference (<strong>Proposers Conference</strong>) will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on <strong>August 4, 2026,</strong><strong> at 10:00 a.m</strong>. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposers Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend, and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a draft but not successfully submitted will not be considered. The Proposal shall not include embedded documents or proprietary file extensions. It is Proposers sole responsibility to complete iSupplier registration and submit its Proposal before the Proposal Submission Deadline. </span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence.</span></span></p>
