Zoning

Land-use applications

Pick a land-use application to see it in plain English -- applicant, what's proposed, affordable units when relevant, status -- and on a map. Try "79 Rivington" or "Gowanus".

How this list works

Rezoning data comes from NYC's Zoning Application Portal (ZAP) via NYC Open Data, which the city refreshes about monthly. A change on the live ZAP site can take weeks to appear here. Lot outlines use the same tax-lot boundaries shown in ZAP Search. When a lot cannot be matched, confirm the location on ZoLa.

City property disposition

Hearings, sales, and awards

Property dispositions are grouped by parcel and process stage — hearing, auction or RFP, then award or conveyance — so repeated titles collapse when they share a tax lot. Links lead to the City Record source.

What you can do now

Public hearings and meetings

Not every meeting is a hearing

A public hearing is a scheduled chance to give testimony or evidence on a specific matter. A public meeting is broader — some are open only to observe. Open any listing to see what the body can do next and how you can take part.

How this list works
Public hearings follow a meeting arc — scheduled, agenda, held, then outcomes — with next steps when attendance or testimony is published. Same-board same-day notices collapse into one card. Each notice links to its City Record source.
Affected place drives “near me.” The venue is shown separately, because a Manhattan hearing can decide a Queens matter. Citywide and unlocated notices stay visible.

When can you attend?

Weekdays from 17:00 (inclusive), all day Saturday and Sunday, Eastern Time (New York). Meetings without a start time stay in ordinary browse.

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) seeks expressions of interest from qualified respondents on solutions to modernize how NYCEDC manages building plans, drawings, engineering documents, studies, reports, models, and related property records. NYCEDCs immediate challenge is that critical asset documentation is fragmented across legacy systems, network drives, Microsoft SharePoint sites, project repositories, and other platforms. This fragmentation makes it difficult to identify the official record, locate complete drawing sets, manage versions, collaborate with stakeholders, and avoid duplicative studies or rework. NYCEDC is seeking a centralized, governed platform that improves access, search, collaboration, metadata quality, records management, security, and long-term stewardship. The solution should also establish a scalable data foundation for future capabilities, including digital twins, virtual tours, geospatial navigation, predictive asset maintenance, scenario modeling, and portfolio-level analytics.

It is the policy of NYCEDC to comply with all federal, state and City laws and regulations which prohibit unlawful discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status and other protected category and to take affirmative action in working with contracting parties to ensure certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) share in the economic opportunities generated by NYCEDCs projects and initiatives.

Companies who have been certified with the New York City Department of Small Business Services as Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) are strongly encouraged to apply. To learn more about M/WBE certification, NYCEDCs M/WBE program, and programs to assist M/WBE in navigating current and upcoming opportunities on NYCEDC projects, please visit https://sbsconnect.nyc.gov/certification-directory-search/ and edc.nyc/opportunity-mwdbe.

Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC by directing such questions and/or clarification requests to the Q&A webform available at https://edc.nyc/rfps. Answers to all questions will be posted by October 2, 2026 to https://edc.nyc/rfps. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFEI will not be accepted after 5PM ET on Wednesday, September 30, 2026; however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting responses to this RFEI may be directed to [email protected] on or before Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 4PM ET.

Detailed submission guidelines and requirements are outlined in the RFEI, available as of Tuesday, September 22, 2026. To download a copy of the solicitation documents please visit https://edc.nyc/rfps. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 4PM ON Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Please click the link in the Submission Guidelines section of this projects webpage (which can be found on https://edc.nyc/rfps) to electronically upload a response to this solicitation. Please upload your response as a .zip file with your company name and the title of this project.
