The System must emphasize ease of use, familiarity, reliability, and data integrity while providing Council Finance with robust administrative tools, reporting and analytical capabilities, and easy data exports (including, Microsoft Excel and/or CSV files). In addition, the project would require ongoing post-launch support, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as potential enhancements and updates. </span></span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px'>Please note: Prior to submitting your proposal, please confirm that your response includes all required forms and documentation and that all required forms and documentation are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable.</span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px'>The New York City Council is hosting a non-mandatory virtual Pre-Proposal conference on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. </span><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>We recommend that proposers download the free Zoom Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the virtual pre-proposal conference in advance of the conference, and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.
