<p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>Requirements Contract for Risk Control Consulting Services. </span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'><span style='font-family:Aptos,sans-serif'>NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (<strong>Proposals</strong>) from Risk Control Consultant firms (the <strong>Proposers</strong>) to provide NYCHA with the Scopes of Services as detailed more fully within <strong>Section II</strong> of this RFP (collectively, the <strong>Services</strong>).</span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>Contract Term: Five (5) Years</span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>This Solicitation is not subject to an existing PQL</span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy of the RFP on NYCHA`s website. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a draft but not successfully submitted will not be considered. </span></span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>Prior to submitting a proposal, bidders are to ensure that their response includes all required forms and documentation and that all are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable. Proposers should refer to Section IV (2) of this RFP for details on Proposal submission requirements.</span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>It is the Proposers sole responsibility to complete and submit its proposal via iSupplier to the corresponding RFP prior the RFP Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence. </span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted. For assistance regarding iSupplier please email NYCHA Procurement at [email protected]. </span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy, emailed, faxed or mailed Proposals. </span></p><p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12pt'>Please note that if NYCHA receives no responses to this RFQ, the bid submission deadline shall be automatically extended for seven (7) days. This does not limit NYCHA's right to extend the bid deadline for any other reason.</span></p>
