During the posting of the Notice of Intent to Enter into Negotiations with vendor Engage Voters US LLC. (epin# 10220270005088), for a contract for time-sensitive mailing label services for Council Member newsletters and communications, in an amount of $125,000 for a term of 7/24/26 to 6/30/27 a minor rules violation occurred. CPP 3-04(c)(1)(ii) required the names and projected contract term to be included within the notice. Minor rules violation memo was approved pursuant to CPP 1-02(f) on September 22, 2026.<ol start='1' style='list-style-type:decimal'> <li style='list-style-type:none'> <ol style='list-style-type:lower-alpha'> <li>20270001459</li> <li>Mailing label services Negotiated Acquisition</li> <li>$125,000</li> <li>7/24/26 6/30/27</li> </ol> </li></ol>
